Plan Your Initial Visit to Raamya Dentistry in Mississauga
At Raamya Dentistry, we welcome new patients and you don’t need any referrals before your first visit. However, if you are referred by a healthcare provider, please mail, email, or fax the referral documents prior to your initial consultation. You can call our clinic to schedule a time for your initial exam and consultation with Dr. Raamya. We try to accommodate you at the time of your convenience. But if that slot is already reserved, we keep you posted with the updates. By any chance, if that slot becomes free, you will get the first preference.
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time, so you can find enough time to fill out your patient history form carefully. Allow one hour to complete your scheduled appointment.
We try to help as many patients as possible. In case you are canceling your appointment due to some unforeseen event, try to intimate us 48 hours before, so we can use that slot to accommodate other patients.
Financial Arrangements
Dr. Raamya has an investigative approach to diagnosing your condition and preparing the treatment plan. He will listen to your concerns and study your files thoroughly (if any). Dr. Raamya will make sure that your practitioner (who refers you) receives a formal, detailed diagnosis and treatment outline. Your consultation fees will be discussed with you at the time of your first consultation. We accept debit, Visa and MasterCard.
